The Kadahi Paneer is exceptional, the Soya Chaap Masala is incredible, and the Channa Masala takes me straight back to my grandmother’s kitchen in Punjab. The portions are very generous and the food is always fresh. The Gobhi Parantha is perfectly crispy and pairs beautifully with their yoghurt. A true gem in the western suburbs!

The owner is incredibly responsive and accommodating — she customised my plan to avoid certain ingredients without any fuss. Ordered the Saag & Makki Roti as the winter special and I was blown away. You simply cannot find this authentic dish anywhere else in Melbourne. The saag was deep green, perfectly spiced and rich with ghee — exactly as it should be. The Butter Chicken and Chicken Biryani are also excellent. Found KaurZ Kitchen through Instagram and so glad I did! The food photos don’t do the real thing justice — it’s even better in person!
