The Chai Nook is a Parramatta cafe built around Indian street chai culture, from milky masala chai brewed the traditional way to street snacks like pav bhaji, samosas and pakora. The mural of a roadside chaiwali behind the counter sets the tone: this is the tapri (street chai stall) experience, reworked as a sit-down cafe.
