The Spice Room was recommended to us by our hotel receptionist — very close by, walking distance for us. They offered complimentary pappadums with delicious sauce. We ordered butter chicken, kadai chicken, chicken chettinaad and lamb Rogan Josh as well as garlic and herb naan. Every dish was outstanding. Expectations were high and this place exceeded all of them!

Food was good — the butter chicken was delicious. I liked the environment, nice and cosy. People working there were really friendly and attentive, especially Sarbu. The food from the set menu at $80 per person was excellent value for the quality and variety served. A great night out in the Sydney CBD.
