Fantastic food and service. The paella and chorizo tapas were outstanding — done in true Spanish fashion, complete with the socarrat. I don’t live in Sydney and am not there often, but I will make it to Encasa every time I visit. Fantastic atmosphere and the food never disappoints. Great food, nice wine list, friendly service. A bit noisy, but always fun and pretty good value. The king prawns in sizzling garlic oil were the star of the evening — absolutely perfect. The board of Ibérico jamón, Pamplona and salchichon was generously loaded. We ended the night with churros and chocolate. Will be back without hesitation.
