Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes! Byblos offers soft gluten-free Lebanese bread which is “soft and tasty” – customers say it’s “absolutely delicious! Even better than the real versions!” We also have gluten-free tabouli and many dishes are naturally gluten-free. Owner Roger is very knowledgeable about coeliac disease risks and cross contamination. If you ask, Roger can accommodate your gluten-free requests and will adapt recipes or bring out the GF bread. Deep fried items are not cooked in a dedicated fryer, so please ask about your specific needs. Highly recommend for the gluten-free person!
Do you have vegan options?
Absolutely! Byblos has multiple vegan options on the menu. We’re well equipped to cater for vegetarians with several plant-based dishes.
