About
LILYMU
Award-Winning Contemporary Pan-Asian Restaurant in Parramatta Square
About LILYMU
LILYMU is a modern Pan-Asian restaurant right in the middle of Parramatta Square. That was the first restaurant in Parramatta to get a lot of attention. LILYMU is a place where food, culture, and customs all come together. It is run by Nour and Henrietta, who are part of the well-known ESCA Hospitality Group. Enter a place that is both inside and outside and has bright pink flashing lights that are easy to see. The room feels warm and welcoming thanks to the soft glow of the water lily painting, and the room looks classy thanks to the dark wood and concrete.
LILYMU is a Pan-Asian restaurant where you can eat whatever you want. Roy Park, who is the main cook, gets ideas from China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. A hat was given to LILYMU’s food at the Good Cuisine Guide 2023 Awards for the unique way it combined flavours. Because of this, it was the first restaurant in Parramatta to win Australia’s highest cooking award.
Sharing is the most important part of LILYMU’s idea. Because the meal is meant to be shared with friends and family, it is both new and old. Each main dish is made with fresh, ethically found ingredients and is then cooked on hot coals and in woks. The Black Garlic Mi Goreng is packed full of umami taste, and the Tom Yum prawn dumplings are out of this world. If you choose to eat in the semi-private dining room, order from the menu, or choose from the banquet menu, LILYMU will take you on a delightful culinary trip through Asia.
